Amica Nanton

Amica Nanton is a six-storey seniors’ residence rising at Arbutus Street and Nanton Avenue, in Vancouver’s Arbutus Ridge. When it opens, it will hold 162 care units, including a full floor built for memory care.

A build this size lives and dies by the schedule. There’s a lot of backing to install, and every suite needs it in the same spots — for fixtures, cabinets, grab bars, and TVs.
